Nothing here is built to recognise you or to follow you. There is no cookie banner, because there is nothing to accept.
No cookies
The site writes nothing into your browser: no cookies, no local storage, nothing that outlives the visit.
No analytics
There is no measurement tool of any kind — not ours, not anyone else's. The only record of a visit is the host's, and that is the next section.
No tracking, no advertising
No advertising network, no social plug-in, no tracking pixel. This site builds no profile of anyone.
No forms
There is no form on any page, so there is nothing for you to submit and nothing for us to collect. We know only what you choose to send us yourself.
Nothing loaded from anyone else
Fonts, images and code are served from this site. Opening a page here sends no request to a third party. Links to other sites are ordinary links: follow one and that site's own rules apply.
What the host has to process.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. A host cannot deliver a page, or keep a site available and defended, without processing connection data. When you simply read this site, that is the only processing that happens at all.
- WHAT
- The IP address a request comes from, when it arrived, which address was asked for, and what the browser reports about itself. What exactly goes into that record is the host's to decide, not ours.
- WHY
- To deliver the page you asked for and to keep the site online and defended against attacks. The ground is legitimate interest: a website cannot be served without it.
- HOW LONG
- That is set by the host, not by us. Cruderly runs no server of its own, keeps no copy of those records and builds nothing out of them.
What happens when you get in touch.
Contact always starts with you: an email to contact@cruderly.com or a call to +381 60 56 01 283. From that moment we hold what you chose to send — your address or number, your name if you give it, and whatever is in the message.

- To answer you and, if the enquiry becomes a project, to do the work and keep the records a business has to keep.
- HOW LONG
- As long as the enquiry is live, and after that as long as our records and the law require. Ask us to delete your message and we will, unless we are legally obliged to keep it.
- NEVER
- We do not sell what you send us, we do not use it to advertise to you, and we do not put you on a list. There is no list.
What you can ask for.
Serbia's personal data protection act — the Zakon o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti, ZZPL — applies to us. If you are in the EU, so does the GDPR. Both give you rights over data that identifies you, and both apply to the little this site has.
What you can ask for
To see what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to have us stop or limit what we do with it, to object, and to get a copy in a form you can take elsewhere.
How to ask
Write to contact@cruderly.com and say what you want. One sentence is enough and you do not have to explain why. We answer in Serbian or in English.
There is no consent to withdraw
This site asks for no consent, because it sets no cookies and collects nothing by itself. If you have written to us, you can ask us to delete the correspondence at any time.
If you are not satisfied
You can complain to the Serbian supervisory authority: the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Poverenik za informacije od javnog značaja i zaštitu podataka o ličnosti). In the EU you can also go to the authority in your own country.
If this policy changes.
This page is the policy. When it changes, the new version is published here and the date at the top changes with it. There is no notification list, because there is no list at all. If a change ever affects something you have already sent us, we will write to you.
