PREMIUM WEBSITES

Websites designed to be noticed. Engineered to be found.

A serious website has to do more than look good. It has to explain the business clearly, work on every screen, load fast, and give search engines and AI-powered discovery systems a structure they can understand. Cruderly designs and engineers all of that as one piece of work, not as separate jobs added one after another.

Purpose first. Then design.

A website is a business tool before it is a design object. We agree what it has to achieve, then design everything around that.

Strategy

What the site has to achieve, and for whom.

We start with the business, not the sitemap: what the company offers, who decides to buy, what they need to know before getting in touch, and what the site should offer as the next step. The answers set the structure, the content priorities and the scope, so design starts from decisions, not assumptions.

Design

Art direction and UX, decided together.

Art direction gives the company a look of its own: typography, imagery, colour and spacing chosen on purpose, not inherited from a template. UX decides what goes where, so a visitor understands what the company does, who it serves and what to do next without hunting. Design emerges from that structure.

A website is software. We build it that way.

Frontend engineering is where a design either holds up against real devices, slow connections and real people, or does not. These four are engineering requirements for us, not finishing touches.

  1. FRONTEND

The design, not an approximation of it.

What was designed is what gets built, down to spacing and type. The important content lives in the HTML itself; scripts and motion are added only where they earn their place.

  2. RESPONSIVE

    No second-class screens.

Layout, navigation, type and spacing are engineered for the whole range of widths, from a small phone to a wide desktop, not for three screenshots. Whatever a visitor is holding, they get the full site.

  3. PERFORMANCE

Speed is part of the design.

Images, fonts, scripts and loading order are planned against a performance budget from the start and checked on ordinary phones and connections, not only on a fast laptop. A late page starts at a disadvantage, however good it looks.

  4. ACCESSIBILITY

    Usable by everyone who arrives.

Keyboard navigation, visible focus, sufficient contrast, meaningful headings and labels, and calmer motion for visitors who ask for it are built in from the first component, not checked at the end. Essential for people who use assistive technology; clearer for everyone else.

Built to be found. Structured to be understood.

A website has two audiences. People see the interface; search engines and AI-powered discovery systems read the structure underneath it. We engineer that second layer with the same care as the first.

Technical SEO

The invisible part that has to be right.

Clean URLs, correct status codes and redirects, canonical and language tags, a sitemap, sensible internal links, one clear heading structure, and a unique title and description for every page. None of it is visible. All of it decides whether a search engine can read the site without guessing.

Structured data

The facts of the business, in a form machines can read.

Structured data states who the company is, what it offers, where it works and how to reach it, in a vocabulary machines share and as one connected description. We write it from real, verified information, and it always matches what the page says. We never mark up what is not there.

Search & AI discoverability

AI-search readiness, without the promises.

AI-powered discovery systems answer questions by reading and summarizing sources. They use a site more easily when its content is explicit: what the company does, for whom, where, with what expertise and proof, in plain language and a clear structure. That is AI-search readiness, and it serves human readers just as well.

What we engineer, and what nobody can promise.

We control how clearly a site can be read, identified and understood. No studio controls where a search engine ranks it or whether an AI system cites it, so we promise neither — and it is worth asking anyone who does what exactly they control.

Wallie

Wallie is a Cruderly venture: a direct-to-wall printing brand. Its multilingual website had to explain an unfamiliar service clearly, present the work visually, and establish a strong technical foundation for search and AI-powered discovery — the strategy, design and frontend engineering described on this page.

More about Wallie

The website is only the front door.

Behind it is the business operation: requests, quotes, approvals, jobs, documents, invoices. When that work is scattered across inboxes and spreadsheets, we build custom software that brings it into one system.
